Graham directs architectural projects and leads the design team for 323 Collective. A USC Architecture graduate with rich experience working for a range of design firms, Graham efficiently blends design creativity, technical know-how, and production strategy. Graham leverages his experiences and analytical mindset to help steer the operations and culture of this modern, forward-thinking design organization.
Matt Emes
JUNIOR DESIGNER || ARCHITECTURE
Matt has been drawn to creative pursuits, art, and science throughout his life, which led him to study architecture at UC Berkeley. He has worked for multiple small design firms on residential design. His meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving approach are valuable additions to the 323 production team.
Luis Garcia
DESIGNER || ARCHITECTURE
Luis Garcia was Gates Millennium Scholar at USC and maintains the core values of scholarship and service in his work since graduation. His expertise is best reflected in his graphic design and understanding of technical construction. As a Latinx man, Luis works to uplift his community, particularly in his work with the planning committee of the National Organization for Minority Architects Summer Camp to organize and mentor the next generation of planners, engineers, and architects.
